You must be 21 or older to book a room. 

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in and a credit card.

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive early, we can hold your bags while you explore the house, or take a stroll around town (we’ll point you in the right direction) until your room is available.

Check out is noon. Please confirm your payment by 12pm the day of your check-out. If you’d like a little bit more time after 12pm checkout, we’ll do what we can to accommodate and we’re always more than willing to hold on to your stuff for a few hours at the front desk.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal, Venmo and Cash. 

Any time of the year is incredible.  The difference is going to be high season vs. low season. High Season runs from December to May and Low Season from May to November.  Puerto RIco always has warm weather, it just depends if you like crowds or prefer loca culture with only locals. 

Yes, there is free WiFi in all public areas and in guest rooms.

We charge $25 per day per pet, for pets under 25 lbs. When we say pet we really mean dog, but just get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we’ll try to make it work. A pet waiver form must be signed at check-in time.

No. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up or vape inside the hotel we must charge a $250 smoking fee to your card, plus taxes. Go outside, meet a stranger.

On Site Parking is available for $25 overnight rate.
